ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA COLEGIO DE ESCRIBANOS DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHACO 16 de JULIO de 2016 RECORDATORIO PLAZO PRESENTACIÓN LISTA DE CANDIDATOS Estimados colegas: Se recuerda que el plazo para presentar Listas de candidatos fenece a las 09.00 hs (con plazo de gracia) del día 07 de julio de 2016. - Elección de los siguientes cargos del Consejo Directivo (art.127 Ley 2.212) por finalización de mandatos a saber: Presidente (2 años); Vicepresidente (1 año); Secretario (2 años); Tesorero (1 año); Vocales Titulares : Primero (2 años); Segundo (1 año); Tercero (2 años); Cuarto (1 año); Quinto (2 años); Sexto (1 año); Vocales Suplentes : Primero (2 años); Segundo (1 año); Tercero; (2 años); Cuarto (1 año). Órgano de Fiscalización : Vocales Titulares: Primero (2 años); Segundo (1 año) Vocales Suplentes: Primero (2 años) Segundo (1 año).- Por única vez y como excepción, a fin de regularizar el régimen electoral previsto en el art. 13 del Estatuto vigente y con causa en la imposibilidad de realizar la Asamblea General Ordinaria convocada para la fecha 16/05/15, los cargos correspondientes a Vicepresidente, Tesorero, Vocales Titulares 2º, 4º y 6º y Vocales Suplentes 2º y 4º y Vocales del Órgano de Fiscalización Titular 2º y Suplente 2º tendrán mandato de UN (1) año.- Atentamente Esc.
